Today the students at Sanders were treated to a show that featured music, puppets, laughter, and emphasized reading. WOW! Chad Crews visited our school today with an important message: "Good readers can learn all kinds of
things, meet all kinds of
people, and go on all kinds of
adventures!"

Mrs. Kee is introducing our special guest to the students.

Do you remember this cute little animals name? Hmmmmmmmmm........

Yikes! It's a snake.....a corn snake named Cornbread. Do you remember any facts about snakes that Mr. Chad shared with us?

Mr. Chad picked several teachers to pretend to be jungle animals. Mrs. D. was the monkey. But remember.....The monkey was NOT late! The elephant was late! Mr. Butler was a zebra and Mrs. Smith was a tiger! We had so much fun! Thank you for cheering for us!

Mr. Chad said that he could get out of this jacket in exactly two minutes......We all counted down during the last ten seconds 10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1......Yeah! Mr. Chad did it! It was amazing!

Mr. Chad emphasized the importance of books to all of the students. He showed the students his favorite book. What is your favorite book? I enjoy reading
