SPIDER! Yikes! We quickly did an internet search and discovered that:"The Black and Yellow Garden Spider, also known as the American Garden Spider or Writer Spider is a species of Orb-web spider common to the lower 48 of the United States, southern Canada, Mexico, and Central America. The Garden Spiders have distinctive yellow and black markings on them and are considered harmless to humans." 
Daniel and Ringo named the spider Charlotte and have spent the rest of the day watching her spin a web. See you on Monday!Mrs. D.
